Achieve this look with lots of glitz and glam. You’ll need tons of bright colors on top (originally worn with bright wigs) and finish it with layers of accessories. Bright spandex pants, a sequined hat, and your favorite small top will do it. Now you’re ready to hit the dancefloor!
